The earliest check-in time on the day of arrival is 3 pm.

Room reservations are valid, without prior notice of late arrival, until 20:00.

Guests are required to check in at reception with their ID card, passport or other proof of identity.

The room can be used for the duration of the paid stay, until 10:00 on the last day.   If the room is left later, a fee may be charged.

If you request an extension of your stay without prior reservation, we may offer you a different room than the one you were originally staying in.

Due to limited parking spaces, it is possible to park one car/room in front of the reception. For those interested in parking additional cars, parking is available in the courtyard 150,- CZK / car / night. For cyclists , motorcyclists is available parking in the garage for a fee of 50,- CZK / bike / night, 150,- CZK / motorcycle / night.

Breakfast, which is included in the price of the stay, is served in the form of a buffet from 8.00 to 10.00 a.m. In case of your early departure, it is possible to provide a breakfast package, or by prior arrangement to prepare breakfast at a specified time.

In the absence of staff, a self-service bar is available at reception. Each visitor to the bar , writes in the form the name, surname or room number and the range of refreshments. At the end of your stay, you will be billed for the refreshments consumed. Prices are listed on the drinks list and wine list.

The indoor stainless steel swimming pool can be used free of charge during your stay. For those interested in wellness, a Finnish sauna and steam bath are available. Access to the spa must be booked at reception or by calling 731 259 055. The wellness price list is available at the reception.

Opening hours: in the afternoon max. until 9 pm.

In these areas it is necessary to observe the Visitors’ Regulations for the wellness and swimming pool.

It is not allowed to move the guesthouse equipment in the room and in the common areas of the guesthouse without the consent of the guesthouse staff and to make any interventions in the electrical network or other electrical installations.

For safety reasons, it is not advisable to leave children under 12 years of age in the room without adult supervision, even in other areas of the guesthouse.

The guest house is not responsible for items stored in cars parked in the car park outside reception.

Please observe night-time quiet between 22:00 and 07:00.

Smoking and any handling of open fires are prohibited in all areas of the guesthouse!

For damages caused by the guest’s negligence to the property of the guesthouse, the guest is liable according to the law.

The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation regulations. In the event that he/she violates it, the owner of the guesthouse has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services, even before the expiry of the agreed period/ without compensation.
