The grapes for this wine come from our vineyard in Ždánice, in the Slovácko sub-region, on the Stará hora vineyard plot. It is a blend of Muller Thurgau, Grüner Veltliner, Neuburger and Welschriesling grapes. The grapes were very ripe and had a sugar content of 23.5%.

This cuvée is pale yellow in colour, with aromas of green peach, gooseberry and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is fruity and mineral, with higher acidity.

Maturation – 8 months in stainless steel and 1 year in the bottle.

This wine goes well with pasta salads; ideal dishes include, for example, trout in butter or veal cutlet with potato salad.
